1. Moving Specialist

Our company is developing rapidly in the local transportation market. We build rules within the company that gives more privileges and bonuses to employees who have worked with us longer. Also, as part of a growing company, we are creating new positions within the organizational structure and give our preference to those who work with us for a longer period, because knowledge of internal business processes helps to work more efficiently and teamwork in other positions, including.

Mover Duties and Responsibilities:

– Pack and Prepare Items.

– Load and Unload Items.

– Take Inventory

– Handle Customer Requests and provide a good service.

Mover Skills and Qualifications
Attention to detail and knowledge of proper packaging, loading, and unloading processes help movers successfully assist their customers. In addition, we prefer candidates with high school education and driving skills:

Physical ability – lifting, loading, and unloading heavy boxes and items like furniture and pianos require a lot of physical strength and endurance
Customer service – movers have a key role in customer service since they need to follow their customers’ requests, answer their questions, and sometimes defuse situations with dissatisfied customers
Teamwork – movers usually do not work alone and need to interact with a driver and other movers to effectively complete each job assignment
Organization skills – they use their organizational skills to plan how to best pack items and arrange them in the moving truck
Communication skills – creating inventory reports requires movers to have good writing and verbal communication skills help them keep the moving team and customers informed

Tools of the Trade

Movers use these tools in their work:
Lifting equipment (dollies, ramps, pallet hacks)
Hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drill)
Packing supplies (tape, ropes, straps)
Mover Education and Training
New movers participate in a period of on-the-job training that lasts at least a few days and covers how to use moving equipment, protect items, and work safely.

Mover Salary and Bonuses

We offer $ 16 per hour for an entry specialist level. If you have the experience, then we will offer you to undergo our internal testing and determine the level of your salary based on the results of testing. Our specialists during the first year of high-quality work usually grow to salaries of $ 18-22 per hour. Customers may also give movers additional tips for their services.

We also have a special bonus system. Our movers receive an additional payment for a 5-star customer review.

2. Operational Manager

Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will be the direct manager and supervisor of movers.

Contract Type: Full – time (including weekends)

Location: Auburn, WA

Working Pattern: Working from home 7:30am – 7pm. You will however be required to be in the office twice a week.

Salary: Dependent on experience

What you will do?

  • Managing movers during the day
  • Supervising jobs and find solutions when necessary
  • Assigning for jobs and dispatching
  • Conducting home estimates (occasionally)

  • Must be available for phone calls within the working hours.

Speaking in Russian would be preferred but not essential

5. Shop And Warehouse Manager

We are currently looking for a Shop And Warehouse Manager. Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Ensure that trucks and warehouses are prepared for work daily.

  1. Standardize availability of supplies in daily operation and account for logistical expenses to include; truck upkeep and warehouse organization.
  2. Inventory, forecast, and purchase necessary items for the movers 4 weeks in advance.

Basic Requirements:

Work from 7:30 am to 2 pm.

Rotation on weekends.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Due to the expansion, our company is looking for a reliable Sales Manager to manage the office and ensure team operations run smoothly. The successful candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust to last minute changes and work with Movers to schedule emergency pick-up or delivery for new or established clients when necessary.

 Responsibilities 

  • Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with movers throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers.
  • Act as a communication liaison and answering incoming phone calls from movers on the road;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with movers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
  • Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with movers to establish new routes for timely deliveries
  • Manage the office team and ensure sales targets are met
  • Maintaining office operations smoothly and ensuring that the team is on track
  • Reporting any major issues to senior management
