Our movers clock in at the origin and clock out at the destination upon completion of the move.

What is a travel fee?
We charge a commuting fee to cover our expenses on time to get to the first location and get back from the destination to the company’s shop. We charge a one-time payment commute fee. It varies depending on the locations and how far they are from our shop.
What are the acceptable payment methods?
We accept most of the types of cards. We offer 5% OFF for paying cash.
How do you work during rainy weather?
Unfortunately, Washington state is considered as a frequent rainy state. We try our best not to make floor and carpets dirty and full of mud. We use floor covers, however, we ask the customer to understand that due to the nature of the work the surfaces might require deep cleaning after the move.
What if my item is damaged during the move?
There are 3 valuation plans for covering damages and scratches occurring during the move. If you have expensive items, please talk to our sales manager and choose the most suitable plan for you.
